Refunds and Disputes

FynixCloud does not offer any refunds under any circumstances. All payments are final. By subscribing to or purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund, regardless of usage, dissatisfaction, or technical issues.

If you experience any issues with our services, please contact our support team. We will make every effort to resolve the problem, but this does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription or services with FynixCloud at any time. However, please note that cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any portion of the billing period already paid. Services will remain active until the end of the billing cycle unless otherwise specified.

Illegal Use

Use of FynixCloud services for any illegal, abusive, or unauthorized purpose is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found in violation of our terms or engaged in unlawful activity, without notice and without refund.
